This site was simple and to the point. It had a list of materials needed, as well as instructions. I liked the fact that it didnt require a ton of materials. I was mostly fasinated with the fact that there were only 5 instructions to follow! I found it interesting that the site decided to re-use other materials. I am a big fan of recycling! I feel that this site was self explanatory and easy for any one to use. One the left hand side the viewer is provided with related projects. So even if you didnt find exactly what you were looking for, you could still investigate further. In addition, there were also related videos. I like this site's use of relation to other projects through media.

This website was amazing. The first half of the site had a complete list of all the materials you would need to make this project. In addition, it even gave names of the stores you could go to in order to find these materials. This site was both informational and interesting. The site is divided into categories that let you know what part of the project you are working on. Within each category there are a certain amount of steps to follow. One of the other things that I liked most about this page is that the author was sure to post accurate and detailed measurements. This makes it a lot easier when doing the project yourself. One thing that I did not like at all was how dark the page was. I feel that the page did not flow. However, I am sure that the site maker wanted to give the viewer a spooky feel.

This website was informational but I also felt it was all over the place. In total, there were 33 instructions. I was very disappointed that this site did not have a list of materials. It made it a lot harder to understand. I had to find out the materials needed by reading the instructions one by one. I would have perferred if there was another section that I could reffer to in order to know what materials I needed. One of the things that I did like was the fact that on the left hand side there was a list of the top 5 things that I should try. They were similar to this project but not exactly the same. Overall, this project is interesting.

This website is very informational. This site tells you about the materials needed, parts of the alarms system, and making the burglar alarm system. This website provides the tools that are needed to create the alarm system. It is composed of a battery, a buzzer, and a block of wood. The website provides you with the procedures that need to be taken. This site has no videos or pictures which makes it hard for viewers to see an accurate description of how to make the project. The instruction are clustered on top of one another. It will be a lot easier if they were in a list. This project is very cost effective and reasonable. This price allows all kinds of people to make their own systems and install them. There is no better than making your own secured system, for less!

This website is similar to the one below. It has direction and materials needed to build the proper door bell. The website is also full of links which allows viewers and user to gather more information. The links provides viewers and users other ways to accomplish the same project. However, this website is lacking a few things that the other site had. For example, a video and pictures. I believe that most people preffer visual effects when doing a "How-To" project rather than a list that explains how to do it. Mostly this website provided simple instructions on how to make the project. In addtion, the other site was used for a laser. This site is for a doorbell. They both have the same mission, to alarm.
